Jane Brody on the "dangers" of impaired hearing -- a good read

Jane Brody, the veteran New York Times personal health columnist, has some timely thoughts on how impaired hearing can put you at risk of bodily injury. Tell me about it, Jane. I’ve come close to being hit by a car more than once while I was raking leaves on the street in front of my house. My wife has mulled the idea of having signs made that warn drivers of a “DEAF ADULT.”
